About our girl Leela ❤ we adopted Leela from the Atlantic county animal shelter. She was around 6 months old when we first saw her. They said they found her walking along the side of the road on her own as a scared kitten 😞 in the cage she was very scared and hissed and didn’t want any part of anyone really but we saw past that. I took her out and was able to hold her and she melted into my arms. We knew she was for us. When we got her home she was very scared still and it took a few months for her to trust. She would always walk slowly into other rooms and kind of stand there looking around as if to survey the area. But I can successfully say our sweet Leela is now 7 years old and she is the love of our lives. She is still a little weird around new people but she loves us and she is the best addition to our family. We love her so so much and she loves us ❤ our sweet sassy little princess.
